Delivery and compatibility

After Stripe confirms payment, a private purchase page provides a ZIP download. Keep that page address and save the files locally. A modern browser and a device that can unzip files are required. Fields and table values are entered manually; entries do not save automatically. Print completed templates to PDF before closing.

Use

You may reuse and adapt the templates within your own business. Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the blank templates. Worksheets are general administrative aids, not legal contracts, statutory payment claims or certification forms. Check suitability for each job.

For a failed download, duplicate purchase, faulty file or a product that does not match its description, contact us through the support page. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
